AmeriSTAR of the Quarter

Amerifit is a great place to work and it’s the people who work here that make it great!

To recognize some of our shining stars we have developed the AmeriSTAR of the Quarter award.

This award is presented to our most valuable Associates for outstanding contributions and/or achievements. The star represents the quintessential symbol of recognition for outstanding achievement, and a lasting token of appreciation for work well done. The AmeriSTAR award suggests recipients may possess these or other star qualities:

Each quarter Associates can nominate their colleagues for the chance to be publicly recognized. Nominations are submitted for review by senior management and a STAR is selected! Our Chief Executive Officer, Cyrill Siewert announces the winner at our quarterly symposium and presents the award. The winner’s manager highlights the individual’s accomplishments.

We are proud to announce that this quarter’s AmeriSTAR is:

Shannon Comarotti

Shannon is a consistent, dependable contributor on the Sales team. She independently resolves a myriad of unanticipated issues that arise each day, offers help to other areas without being asked and performs all with a positive “can do” attitude.

Shannon’s involvement with Oracle since go-live has continued to grow week after week. Faced with implementation challenges, she worked closely with the Distribution Manager to ensure product was shipped and reported in a timely fashion, as well as developed reports which enabled Amerifit to review critical data.

She successfully addresses inventory concerns and presents alternative options as appropriate. Shannon is an active contributor to shipment status and inventory status meetings.
